MARKETING PACKAGE PROCESS

1.     This package can take up to two weeks or more to compile depending upon whether:

  • The property is in a high fire zone which entails more documentation and a fire dept. inspection if required in your locale ($250 extra).
  • A Record of Building Report is required by your locale ($200 extra).
  • A Sewer Lateral Certification is required by your locale ($200 extra).
  • If a condo, an advance condo package is required ($250 extra)

Steps: 

  1. Seller completes the Seller Marketing Package Questionnaire.
  2. I order a Property Profile which the seller can use for neighborhood comparables and property specific information.
  3. I order and pay for the Natural Hazards Disclosure Report.
  4.  I compile all seller disclosures specific to the property.
  5. I send you the package to complete via Glide, my digital platform, which is then reviewed by me.
  6. You sign the documents and provide me with other documents you want to include. 
  7. I assemble the package with a cover page including table of contents, instructions for presenting an offer to you and deadline, and potential buyers’ acknowledgment of receipt of all documents.
  8. I provide you with a link to the package which should be included in Agent Remarks in the MLS listing and to be provided to buyers as needed.
